We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Assistant to join our Service Delivery team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months to support our equipment refresh project.
The role involves installing end-user hardware and software as part of our regular refresh program. The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating technical and asset documentation used within the team in a timely manner.
Applicants should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in using and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory, and knowledge of ICT hardware and Microsoft Office packages. You will be interacting with staff across both Corporate and Clinical Services at all levels.
You will work under the supervision of the Senior ICT Refresh Project Lead, who will lead the team.
