Job summary

THG is seeking an Influencer Manager for the Balkans to shape how our brand connects with fitness and wellbeing communities. You’ll develop influencer campaigns across Balkan markets, build creator relationships and drive both brand awareness and commercial growth.

You’ll work with EU and global teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall objectives, while managing budgets, reporting, and talent recruitment. Fluency in Balkan languages is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Business-level English, both written and spoken.
• Experience across Balkan markets with influencer, fitness and wellbeing landscape.
• 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Balkans influencer programme day-to-day operations, ensuring growth and commercial performance.
• Support EU Influencer team in shaping Balkans strategy and align with global objectives.
• Develop relationships with creators, agents and management across Balkan markets.
• Deliver weekly, bi-weekly and monthly performance reporting with KPIs and insights.
• Manage tracking links, discount codes and promotional offers across communications.
• Recruit and develop new influencer talent focused on brand alignment and potential.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute integrated influencer campaigns.
• Own the full campaign process from planning to learning, ensuring on-brand content.
• Lead influencer payments and budget tracking following finance procedures.
• Foster collaboration across influencer tiers and marketing channels.
