Job summary

THG is seeking an Influencer Manager for the Balkans region. You will shape and execute influencer campaigns across fitness and wellbeing communities, building strong creator relationships and driving brand growth. The role is office-based in Manchester, UK, and requires collaboration with EU and global teams.

You’ll own the Balkan influencer programme, manage budgets, deliver insights, and ensure campaigns align with local trends and THG’s broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or creator marketing.
• Ability to develop and execute influencer campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the Balkans influencer programme and drive growth.
• Support EU Influencer team in shaping Balkan strategy and campaigns.
• Develop relationships with creators, agents and industry contacts in the Balkans.
• Deliver weekly, bi-weekly and monthly performance reporting with KPIs.
• Manage tracking links, discount codes and promo offers across communications.
• Source, recruit and develop new Balkan influencer talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, brand, and marketing teams.
• Own end-to-end campaign process from planning to learnings.
• Ensure content is on-brand and aligned with regional trends and campaigns.
• Lead influencer payments and budget tracking in line with finance procedures.
• Foster collaboration across markets and channels including events, social and CRM.
