Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Baler & Compactor Engineer to join their team. You will perform scheduled maintenance on balers, compactors and recycling machinery, respond to breakdowns, assist with installations, and provide practical technical support on-site.

The role involves electrical and mechanical maintenance with PLC fault finding, following a preventive maintenance schedule, and contributing to safe, efficient operation across the site.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of balers and compactors on site.
• Electrical maintenance and fault finding experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete scheduled maintenance on balers, compactors and related recycling machinery.
• Attend breakdowns and provide on-site repair support.
• Assist with installations and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain all mechanical and electrical plant equipment and perform diagnostics.
• Follow a preventive maintenance schedule and document work performed.

Job role: Baler & Compactor Engineer

Van - Fuel Card - Paid Door 2 Door

Shift: Monday - Friday - DAY SHIFT - 8am - 4pm

£60,000 Per Annum - Overtime - Bonus

We have partnered with a leading OEM of Baler & Compactors used within recycling, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse environments, who due to continued success are looking to recruit a Baler & Compactor Engineer.

The successful applicant will complete scheduled maintenance, attend breakdowns, assist with installations and provide technical support.

The main responsibilities of the Baler & Compactor Engineer will include.

• Ensuring plant equipment functioning in the correct manner.
• Maintaining all equipment on site - balers, compactors, conveyor systems, recycling machinery, shredders etc.
• Electrical maintenance, installation, fault finding, PLC's
• Installation of machinery onsite.
• Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work.
• Ensuring appropriate housekeeping standards are maintained on a daily basis.
• Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety.
• Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
• Responsible for the protecting, always, of the integrity of the Company through positive and constructive actions and attitude.
