Job summary

Cornish Bakery in the UK is seeking a Seasonal Team Leader to guide shifts, inspire the team and ensure warm, outstanding service for every customer.

You will train colleagues, uphold brand standards, and help operate the bakery smoothly during peak season, with a friendly, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and excellence.

• Experience in a customer-facing role within food service, hospitality or retail.

Are you passionate about great food, exceptional coffee and bringing out the best in others? We’re looking for a Team Leader to help create brilliant bakery experiences for our customers and support our team to thrive.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Seasonal Team Leader you will:

• Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service
• Train and coach colleagues to consistently achieve our brand standards
• Make the World’s Best Coffee and prepare our award-winning food with pride
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, food safety and cleanliness
• Support the Management Team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the bakery
• Make the most of colleagues’ strengths and deploy the team effectively to maximise sales
