Job summary

Cornish Bakery in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader who can inspire and manage shifts, delivering outstanding service while upholding brand standards.

You will train and coach colleagues, help operate the bakery, and share your passion for great coffee and food. The role offers full-time or part-time hours and a supportive team culture within a community-focused bakery.
