Job summary

The Cornish Bakery in Guildford is seeking a proactive Team Leader to inspire and nourish the team while maintaining high standards of service. You will lead shifts, coach staff to Brand Standards, and help operate the bakery with passion for people and quality.

Join us to share your love of coffee, prepare award-winning food, and drive excellent performance alongside the management team. Full-time or part-time hours available, with a focus on teamwork and customer care.
