Cooplands Bakery in Doncaster’s Frenchgate centre is seeking a Retail Team Leader for a part-time role. You’ll lead a friendly team, ensure a warm customer experience and manage shifts, including opening and closing the shop when the Shop Manager isn’t present.

You’ll join a heritage bakery with strong local communities, receive training, and have opportunities to develop skills while supporting store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Training and support will be provided to develop your skills.
• A positive attitude and enjoyment in making a difference for customers.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• You’ll lead by example, creating a warm welcome and great customer experience.
• Bring people together, offer encouragement and help everyone play their part.
• Take ownership, keep things running smoothly and maintain high standards during shifts.
• Open and close the shop as key holder and lead the team when the Shop Manager isn’t there.
