Cooplands Bakery is seeking a Retail Team Leader in Scunthorpe for a part-time role. You will lead a bakery team to deliver great customer service and manage daily shop operations.

You’ll support training, maintain hygiene standards, and cover opening/closing routines as a key holder. This position offers flexible shifts, a positive working environment and opportunities to grow with the business.

• Follow hygiene, allergen and safety procedures to keep everyone safe.
• Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
