Job summary

Staffline is seeking a Production Operative in Nottingham to join our client, a leading bakery manufacturer. You will operate bakery machinery, assist with packing and labeling, and help maintain hygiene standards in a warm, busy environment.

Training is provided, and shifts include day and night rotations with overtime opportunities. Applicants must have good English, be reliable and able to work physically, with transport to the site if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or production environments is helpful but not required.
• Clear English communication is essential.
• Willingness to work in warm and dusty conditions and to follow hygiene rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Assist with picking, packing and labelling for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and complete cleaning routines.
• Support team with continuous improvement and follow safety procedures.
