Home Hospitality Group is seeking a Bakery Operations Manager to scale BOH systems in their central production kitchen in London. You must have bakery background and a strong focus on quality control and cost management.

The role is day-time, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend visibility, autonomous working, and offers perks including a company share scheme and private health care. You will implement new processes to support growth and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery operations and scale-up of processes.
• Ability to read costing and P&L to drive cost reductions during growth.
• Ability to implement new systems and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
