Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience leading or supervising teams on the shop floor.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop people.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety, GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Own shift process adherence and lead a team to deliver quality products safely and efficiently.
• Drive performance against KPIs (waste, throughput, yield, quality).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving on the shop floor.
• Ensure GMP, Food Safety, Health & Safety standards are maintained and drive a safety-first culture.
• Oversee staffing in line with demand and support training and development of team members.
