You will operate bakery plant equipment safely, drive productivity and quality, and mentor teammates to build capability and maintain the highest safety and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Hygiene (CIEH) or IOSH, or equivalent is desirable.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery plant equipment to achieve optimum performance and productivity.
• Develop colleagues through training, coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and address skills and training gaps within the team.
