Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and nourish the team while delivering exceptional bakery experiences for customers. You will lead shifts, uphold high standards, coach colleagues, and work closely with the Management Team to keep the bakery running smoothly.

You’ll drive service quality, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and maximise sales by utilising team strengths in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A positive, dependable and solutions-focused approach.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
