Job summary

Gail's Limited is seeking a bakery manager for our Manor Park location. You will own bakery performance across people, product, customer experience, place and profit, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will recruit, coach and develop future leaders while driving sales growth, profitability and safety standards, ensuring outstanding food, coffee and service. A community-focused leader with hands-on, decisive management is essential.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality, retail or other customer-focused environments.
• Ability to deliver results through people.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance of the bakery across people, product, customer experience, place and profit.
• Build and develop a high-performing team and culture.
