Job summary

Finsbury Food Group is hiring a Hygiene Skilled Operative at our Sheffield site. You will perform deep cleaning, sanitation and hygiene tasks across production areas to uphold food safety, quality and manufacturing standards.

You will maintain hygiene records and follow SOPs while using cleaning chemicals safely and documenting every activity. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work to tight deadlines during production cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills at all levels; can work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deep cleaning, sanitation and hygiene tasks per food safety standards.
• Complete hygiene records and documentation accurately; ensure due diligence.
• Follow SOPs, COSHH rules, and use cleaning chemicals safely; operate CMMS system.
