Job summary

AAK Bakery Engineering Services is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the bakery engineering team, oversee installation, maintenance and continuous improvement of industrial spray equipment for the UK & Ireland bakery sector. The role focuses on safe, reliable service delivery and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experienced engineering leader with practical background in engineering services and maintenance.
Proven track record leading engineering, maintenance, field service or technical support teams.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and fluid-handling systems; pumps and spray equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Bakery Engineering Services team, setting priorities and standards.
Ensure safe, reliable delivery of engineering services across the UK & Ireland.
Act as senior customer escalation point for engineering matters and coordinate resource planning.
Manage suppliers, contractors, budgets and stock to meet service levels and costs.
Drive continuous improvement in service response, first-time fix and equipment reliability.
