Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to each guest, ensuring needs are met.
• Assist in the preparation and service of products to quality standards.
• Support colleagues to promote teamwork and a positive shop vibe.
• Follow Health & Food Safety standards and policies.
• Handle till transactions accurately and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Maintain correct packaging, displays, and stock levels.
• Assist with training of new team members when instructed.
