Responsibilities

• Customer excellence: Providing an excellent experience to each and every customer, ensuring needs are exceeded at all times.
• Product quality: Assisting in the preparation and service of all products, ensuring the correct standard and quality is met.
• Team support: Assisting your colleagues whenever and wherever possible to promote excellent teamwork.
• Safety & standards: Ensuring all production processes, practices, and Food Safety controls are followed.
• Operational accuracy: Performing all payment procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.
• From serving customer, to handling till transactions having a beautiful clean shop.
• Proactive support: Following reasonable instructions from management and carrying out miscellaneous duties as required.
