Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Providing an excellent experience to each and every customer, ensuring needs are exceeded at all times.
• Product Quality: Assisting in the preparation and service of all products, ensuring the correct standard and quality is met.
• Team Support: Assisting your colleagues whenever and wherever possible to promote excellent teamwork.
• Safety & Standards: Ensuring all production processes, practices, and Food Safety controls are followed.
• Operational Accuracy: Performing all payment procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.
• From serving customer, to handling till transactions having a beautiful clean shop
• Proactive Support: Following reasonable instructions from management and carrying out miscellaneous duties as required.
