Job Overview

We are currently looking for a passionate baker to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play an integral role in making our bakery the very best. If you want a role where you can thrive, develop your skills, and be part of a fabulous team, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities

• A minimum of 2 years experience in baking.
• Prepare sourdough breads from various ranges and other baked products, including mixing, scaling, and shaping before baking.
• Ability to produce sourdough bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of sourdough dough preparation times, procedures, and various baking techniques.
• Operate electric bread ovens.
• Manage high volumes and monitor production consistently and professionally.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and fulfill daily orders.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area, including utensils and equipment.

• Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
