Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking reliable individuals to join our Willerby production team as Blueprint / Bagger / Palletiser. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor product quality and perform safety checks to support fast-paced production while upholding food safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to GMP and Health & Safety rules, and accurate documentation. Training will be provided to develop skills and contribute to continuous improvement across the site.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as a Blueprint / Bagger / Palletiser. This role plays an important part in ensuring products are packaged safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting production targets across the site.

You'll be responsible for operating packaging equipment, monitoring product quality and completing key safety and compliance checks. Working as part of a fast-paced team, you'll help maintain food safety, GMP and Health & Safety standards while ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Duties

• You'll support the safe and effective operation of packaging and production processes across the site.
• Operate Blueprint, Bagger and end-of-line packing equipment safely and efficiently
• Carry out machine set-up, programme changes and basic first-line maintenance
• Complete metal detection and check-weigher checks in line with legal requirements
• Maintain product legality, quality standards and specification compliance
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, allergen and species control standards are always met
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately
• Report equipment faults and production issues promptly
• Support effective communication, shift handovers and continuous improvement activities

Ideal Candidate

• We're looking for someone who is safety-focused, quality-driven and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a factory or food production environment
• Understanding of Food Safety, GMP and Health & Safety requirements
