Role Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to deliver a safe, efficient, and resilient Baggage System, which is critical to airport operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high safety, reliability, and availability of the baggage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Baggage Engineering team to deliver maintenance plans.
• Ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement of baggage assets.
• Promote a strong EH&S culture to reduce incidents and ensure safe working conditions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including airline and handling agents.
• Manage costs and contracts to meet operational budgets.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in engineering preferred; HND with significant experience also acceptable.
• Proven leadership in promoting health and safety culture.
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop technical teams.
• Experience in system performance management and failure investigations.
