Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering.
  • CAD software experience highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Python, C++, or MATLAB for automation and data analysis.
  • Good problem-solving and mathematics skills essential.
  • Effective communication within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of complex systems using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
  • Support fabrication and assembly activities, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and GD&T standards.
  • Contribute to system analysis by performing root cause analysis and debugging of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Collaborate on the creation of schematics and electrical layouts for various projects, utilizing tools like Schematics and CAD programs.
  • Participate in testing and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.
  • Engage in product development tasks by applying knowledge of math, physics, and mechanical principles to improve existing designs or develop new solutions.
  • Assist with documentation efforts such as technical reports, system documentation, and CAD drawings to support project milestones.

  • Participate in testing and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail; strong mathematical aptitude is essential.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and document technical work clearly.
