ElevenLabs is hiring back-end engineers to scale a platform built on cutting-edge voice AI models that power millions of users and businesses. You will work on robust APIs, scalable infrastructure, and integrations with popular services, collaborating across frontend, growth, and sales teams.

We value problem-solvers who can showcase past projects or GitHub work, with strong Python and backend fundamentals, and a comfortable understanding of cloud tooling and security.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Python.
• A strong background in backend development.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
• Knowledge about test design and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the platform on top of our voice models used by millions of users.
• Improve existing products to be intuitive, powerful, and integrate with other solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure as we scale for reliability and security.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Growth and Sales teams to design customer-focused solutions.
