Dunbia Group is hiring Back Shift Loading Bay Team Members in Llanybydder. Join a fast-paced production team, working Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00. You will help prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery for the Nation’s supply of beef and lamb.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move beef and lamb carcasses using manual and semi-automated handling.
• Assess carcass quality and monitor stock levels.
• Load onto lorries and liaise with departments to resolve issues.
• Scan labels and apply customer-specific markings.
• Learn knife skills and maintain clean-as-you-go practices.
• Support production targets and ensure safety standards.
