Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maneuver beef and lamb carcasses across departments or load onto lorries using manual and semi-automated handling.
• Assess carcass quality and monitor stock levels.
• Work with the team to hit departmental targets.
• Scan labels and apply marks per customer specification.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve issues.
• Opportunity to learn knife skills.
• Maintain a clean as-you-go policy.
• Keep pace with production needs.
