Dunbia in Llanybydder is seeking Back Shift Loading Bay Operatives to join a fast-paced food production team in a permanent, full-time capacity. The role focuses on accurate order preparation and timely dispatch, with strong emphasis on following procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Using a mixture of manual and semi-automated handling to maneuver beef and lamb carcasses across departments or load onto lorries
• Assess carcass quality and monitor and record stocks
• Working with the team to achieve departmental targets
• Scanning labels and applying marks to carcasses per customer specification
• Liaising with other departments to ensure issues are resolved
• Opportunity to learn knife skills
• Abiding by a 'clean as you go' policy
• Maintaining the fast-paced environment in line with production needs
