Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to achieve departmental targets.
• Scan labels and apply marks per customer specification.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve issues; help maintain clean as you go.

This is a back shift position working Monday to Friday 14:00 till 22:00

Responsibilities

Your Main duties will include

• Using a mixture of manual and semi-automated handling to maneuver beef and lamb carcasses across departments or load onto lorries
• Assess carcass quality and monitor and record stocks
• Working with the team to achieve departmental targets
• Scanning labels and applying marks to carcasses per customer specification
• Liaising with other departments to ensure issues are resolved
• Opportunity to learn knife skills
• Abiding by a 'clean as you go' policy
• Maintaining the fast-paced environment in line with production needs
