Job summary

Dunbia Group in Llanybydder is seeking motivated General Operatives for both full-time and part-time roles within our abattoir team. You will join a hands-on production environment, supporting trimming, sorting and preparation of lamb and beef while following our strict procedures.

You will work with experienced colleagues, uphold health, safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to efficient, quality-focused food production.

Qualifications

• You must enjoy working with others and follow procedures in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamworking skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in early stages of the food supply chain with trimming, sorting and product prep.
• Work with abattoir teams to meet customer and company specifications.
• Keep your work area clean and organized following the 'clean as you go' policy.
• Promote health, safety and hygiene standards on shift.
