  • Manage deliveries, post, storage areas, and stock replenishment
  • Assist with meeting room setup, breakdowns, and equipment preparation
  • Ensure back-of-house areas remain organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards
  • Coordinate with front-of-house, facilities, and service teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Support office moves, desk setups, and internal logistics
  • Handle waste management and recycling processes
  • Provide support for workplace events and corporate functions as required
  • Maintain records, inventories, and service documentation
