Job summary

Willingcare is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its Baby Room and provide high-quality care and early education for babies. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary up to £29,000 per annum and a supportive, child-centered environment.

You will plan engaging sensory activities, monitor development, contribute to safeguarding, and work closely with families and colleagues to create consistent, nurturing care that supports babies’ early learning in a calm setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
• Experience working within an early years setting
• Experience working with babies – desirable
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A nurturing, patient, and child-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education within the baby room
• Supporting babies’ emotional, social, and developmental needs
• Planning and delivering engaging sensory and play-based activities
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

A wonderful opportunity has become available for a caring and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery within its baby room.

Designed to provide children with the very best start in life, the nursery offers bright, age-specific rooms that create a calm and engaging environment for every stage of development. Children also benefit from fantastic outdoor spaces where they can safely explore, play, and discover the world around them through exciting outdoor experiences.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic early years professional who is passionate about supporting babies’ early development within a warm and supportive setting.
