Bright Horizons Northgate House Nursery in Beaconsfield is seeking a Room Leader to lead the Baby Room. The role involves mentoring a team to deliver exceptional care and ensuring child welfare in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar role.
• Ability to mentor and support a team to deliver exceptional care.
• Strong communication skills with children and adults.
