Early Years Academy Recruitment is recruiting Baby Room Nursery Practitioners for two welcoming nursery settings in Leicester LE5. The role offers hours 8:30am–3:30pm with pay up to £13.50 per hour and a choice between term-time-only or all-year-round working patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience working with babies or young children.
• Childcare or Early Years qualification desirable.
• Passion for supporting children's development.
• Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, loving and stimulating environment for babies.
• Support babies’ emotional, physical and communication development.
• Plan and deliver engaging sensory and play-based activities.
• Follow individual feeding, sleeping and care routines.
• Observe children’s development and support their next steps.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, hygiene and wellbeing.
