Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is supporting a welcoming nursery in Leicester to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a permanent, full-time role. You will care for children aged 0-4, deliver play-based learning in line with the EYFS, and work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child’s development in a warm, nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UK nursery or Early Years setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a busy nursery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-4.
• Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Complete observations and contribute to children's learning records.
• Support children's individual needs and development.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies.
• Work collaboratively as part of the wider Early Years team.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of care and provision.
