Job summary

Early Years Academy is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for Oxfordshire, offering up to £13.50 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time options. The 9am–3pm four-days-per-week pattern is available, with All Year Round or Term Time Only contracts.

You will support children’s learning under the EYFS, build nurturing relationships, and work as part of a supportive nursery team. Applicants must hold a full Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS statutory framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
• Ability to provide safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate childcare.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and early education for babies, toddlers and preschool children.
• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Planning and delivering creative, engaging learning experiences.
• Observing and recording children’s progress and development.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming nursery environment.
