Believ is seeking a Programme Manager to coordinate delivery across multiple programmes from its hybrid Southwark site. You’ll work with technical, delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth progression of work, resolve issues, and triage feedback through several client portals and systems.

The role focuses on aligning design status, PoCs, and deliverables, supporting decision-making with sound judgement, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced scale-up environment in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery across multiple programmes, ensuring alignment of programme data and information
• End-to-end coordination of programme lifecycle processes, across technical, delivery, and operational teams
• Track and coordinate designs, PoC status, and other core deliverables; identify issues and upscale as required
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support approvals, resolve issues, and progress site outcomes
• Coordinate programme and technical advice to support decision-making with judgement and escalation as needed
• Action client feedback to PMs on designs and implement appropriate actions
• Identify and investigate programme discrepancies and take necessary actions
• Analyze and coordinate programme activities to meet priorities, timelines and quality standards, tracking progress in Sitetracker
• Manage internal core programme systems (Sitetracker, Monday.com) and ensure data integrity across the programme
• Support governance and reporting processes with regular and ad-hoc programme reports
• Support financial processes such as approvals and liaising with finance and delivery teams
• Coordinate and manage the Programme Management inbox – triage, respond and escalate
• Advance site activities: Site Selection & Feasibility, Design, Local Authority approvals, continuous improvement initiatives
