B2B Sales Manager – Leading Fresh Food Supply Business – London - £45K + Uncapped Commission

My client is an established business leading in supplying fresh food to corporate clients.

They are experiencing growth and seek a talented B2B Sales Manager to drive new business, expand market presence, and grow their client base.

This role is ideal for a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks opportunities for success and progression within a reputable brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with corporate clients and facilities management/catering companies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create and present compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking progress and ensuring a steady flow of new business.
  • Attend industry events to network and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales; experience in workplace, FM, or contract catering is a plus.
  • Driven and hungry to win new business.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experienced in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Structured approach with a focus on hitting targets.
