  • Support sales functions to deliver projects on time, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Ricoh's offerings, undertaking various projects to provide insights and foster innovation.
  • Develop new relationships through outbound sales, social selling, and other methods to maximize opportunities.
  • Communicate consultatively to identify opportunities, provide solutions, and ensure proper allocation to relevant experts.
  • Maintain and improve the Ricoh CRM with up-to-date customer information, and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Track and report all sales activities accurately in the Sales Lead Tracker.
Ideal Candidate:
  • GCSE English and Maths at Level 4/Grade C preferred
  • At least 2 A Levels at Grade 3 or above
  • Eager to learn and committed to professional development
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder
  • Team player with problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with initiative
