Hours: Full time

Location: EC3V 9BS

Salary: £30,000-35,000 base (depending on experience and profile)

Commission structure: depending on experience and profile - broker keeps:

· between 50-60% on self-generated

· between 20-30% on provided leads

· Free mortgage advice for friends and family

· Career Progression

· Leads provided

· Tech, IT and systems support provided

· Hybrid / Home working – should expect to travel to London, one day every 2-3 weeks

Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their team.

You will benefit from warm leads generated through the firm in-house platform, and you will also have the flexibility to develop your own client base.

Responsibilities:

· Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients

· Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, keeping them informed at every step

· Collaborate in improving internal processes and client experience

· Contribute ideas to marketing strategy and campaigns

· Amount of Industry experience: Minimum 24 months’ experience in mortgage advising
