The B2B team is accountable for the end to end proposition for our employers, intermediaries and payroll software partners. This is comprised of key areas:
The team works closely with other parts of the Nest organisation and our outsourced partners in TCS to continually make improvements to the proposition, ensuring capabilities built are designed with the customer in the forefront, manage risk appropriately and ensuring we fulfil our ongoing obligations as a public body.
