Nest is seeking an Associate BI Analyst to turn data from people and culture into actionable insights. You will produce BAU and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, translating complex data into clear visualisations. The role supports a hybrid working pattern with Canary Wharf, London, combining office days with remote work.

The team focuses on delivering data visualisations across the organisation to empower faster, better decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data/BI Analyst.
• Familiar with BI and data visualization tools, especially PowerBI.
• Strong ability to identify trends and translate data into insights.
• Experience in customer-facing service environments.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate BI Analyst to join our team, so if you are a problem solver with great analytical skills, this position might be for you!

As an Associate BI Analyst, you will interpret, analyse and translate our corporation data, including people and culture data, into insights and provide regular BAU and ad-hoc reports to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.

The minimum criteria for this role are:

• Proven experience as a Data/BI Analyst
• Awareness of business intelligence and visualisation tools including PowerBI
• A well-developed ability to understand and assess trends
• Ability to convert data into compelling visualisations and actionable insights
• Experience within a customer-focussed service
