Nest is seeking an Integrated Planning Lead to align brand, marketing, and channel activity into a single, measurable plan. You will work across Brand, Marketing, Creative, Communications, Customer Propositions, Experience and Insight to drive organisational objectives and investment impact.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, planning and delivery our Integrated Planning Lead will work closely with teams across Brand, Marketing, Creative, Communications, Customer Propositions, Experience and Insight. Bringing together multiple priorities into a single integrated plan will drive organisational objectives, support our customer and employer strategies and maximises the impact of our investment. The Brand Team sits within the Nest Experience Directorate and was established in 2025, sitting alongside Proposition and Experience functions. It brings together Brand Strategy, Marketing, Social Media, External Communications and Creative.
A rapidly expanding team of over 30 led by the Director of Brand and Marketing, the department is responsible for growing awareness, trust and engagement with Nest across our customer base of Members, Employers and Connectors.
Integrated Planning acts as the coordinating hub that aligns brand, marketing, communications, creative and channel activity into a single, measurable plan. The role of Integrated Planning Lead will report into the Head of Integrated Planning.
