Job summary

The Think Tank is seeking an experienced B2B PR Account Director to lead a senior team and manage key client relationships in a hybrid London setting. You will shape PR strategy, own campaigns from concept to coverage, and stay closely involved in story development and journalist outreach.

You’ll work across a portfolio of B2B clients, guiding messaging, advising senior stakeholders, and driving strong results while mentoring colleagues and contributing to new business pitches.

Qualifications

• Solid agency experience in B2B, corporate or technology PR.
• Own client strategy and delivery and advise senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on media relations, including developing angles and pitching.
• Strong writing and editing skills, ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• You can form a point of view and make recommendations to clients.
• Experience directing work and giving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships, providing informed counsel and clear recommendations.
• Develop PR strategies and turn them into focused, actionable plans.
• Stay hands-on with media relations, shaping pitches and angles.
• Translate campaign insights into persuasive plans and presentations.
• Set a high standard for writing and editorial judgement across accounts.
• Coach colleagues to improve work and confidence.
• Manage account budgets and resources, spotting risks and growth opportunities.
• Play a leading role in relevant new business pitches.
