Job summary

Laundryheap is expanding its B2B product to scale enterprise partnerships across Europe. We are seeking a senior product/PM with a strong data mindset to shape new service models and drive revenue growth.

You’ll partner with technology, operations and commercial teams, own the API and order-management build, and translate messy business needs into measurable product outcomes, delivering impact quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a PM, analyst, or similar on tech-powered products.
• Ability to pull insights from data using SQL/BigQuery and to justify decisions with data.
• Experience partnering with engineers, designers, ops and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Define B2B service models for client needs and build the supporting product.
• Build a partner API and order management capability for partners.
• Support B2B operational reporting to drive visibility and SLAs.
