payabl. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth of our Banking-as-a-Service platform. You will focus on partner enablement and define the product strategy to enhance our banking capabilities for external partners.

Your role involves collaboration with engineering, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a scalable, commercially viable platform that drives real value in the fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in BaaS or fintech environments.
• Strong experience with Banking-as-a-Service or API platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the BaaS platform roadmap with a focus on partner adoption.
• Define product direction aligned with the company’s growth goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and partners to build a scalable platform.
