FTL Secure Solutions, a leading provider of physical security systems, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand our B2B client base in the UK. The role combines office-based activities at our Crowthorne HQ with field visits across public and private sectors.

You will identify opportunities in CCTV, access control and intruder alarms, build long-term relationships and deliver tailored security solutions. Realistic earnings £65k-£100k+ with a £30k-£40k basic, plus car and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in security solutions B2B market.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
• Able to develop new business and manage client relationships.
