Job summary

Fibre Technologies, home to FTL Secure Solutions, is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow B2B security sales across CCTV, access control and integrated security systems. The role combines field visits with hybrid working from a Berkshire HQ, offering real progression in a supportive team.

You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with SMEs, public sector and enterprise clients, and drive revenue with credible, consultative selling and sector knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in security solutions or related B2B markets.
• Strong consultative selling and pipeline management skills.
• Credible, commercially driven with a client-focused approach.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships across sectors.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business from initial lead to project win.
• Engage with B2B clients across SMEs, public sector, education, corporate & enterprise.
• Build trusted relationships and tailor security solutions (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms).
• Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, coordinating with technical teams.
• Opportunity to grow into a team leadership role in a smaller, ambitious organization.
