Job summary

MorePeople is assisting a large landscaping business in Staffordshire to appoint a Marketing Manager who will own B2B marketing activity, shaping how the business presents itself to buyers in commercial landscaping, housing developments and grounds maintenance.

You will develop and manage content for LinkedIn, email and the website, visiting projects to capture stories and case studies, and work with senior leaders on strategy and priorities. This hands-on role offers autonomy and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B marketing experience.
• Strong written and content creation skills.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, websites and email marketing.
• Practical graphic design capability (InDesign/Canva).
• Confident to work directly with senior managers and operational teams.
• Commercial mindset with an ability to spot opportunities.
• Plenty of drive, creativity and initiative.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage B2B content across LinkedIn, email and the website.
• Visit live and completed projects to gather content, photography and case studies.
• Work with Contracts Managers and operations teams to understand upcoming projects.
• Develop presentations, brochures, project sheets and sales collateral.
• Support tenders, social value content and new business opportunities.
• Manage email campaigns and the wider marketing calendar.
• Support wider horticultural and nursery marketing activities.
• Keep the website and marketing materials up to date.
• Collaborate with senior management on marketing strategy and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reach and market positioning.
