Job description

To support their ongoing growth, our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. This pivotal role will bridge commercial operations, product development, and external partnerships. It's an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and hands-on marketing professional aiming to progress toward a Marketing Director role with future team leadership responsibilities.

As the Marketing Manager, you will:

1. Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (email, content, digital, events, paid media).
2. Own the lead generation funnel: attract, nurture, and convert prospects through data-driven strategies.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on messaging, targets, and campaign success metrics.
4. Produce high-quality marketing materials including case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and presentations.
5. Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to inform strategy and optimise results.
6. Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

You will need the following skillsets:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within martech, adtech, or market research sectors.
3. Proven expertise in product marketing, event planning, PR, sales enablement materials, and SEO/website initiatives.
4. Strong track record of collaborating with external vendors across LinkedIn advertising, public relations, events, and go-to-market content.
5. Skilled in budget management and measuring return on investment (ROI).
